Learning at Nachiyar Padashala- The road to a bright future
Nachiyar Padashala was founded by Ms. Siva Saranya an educationalist and a mother who wanted the best schooling experience for her daughter. It is then that Nachiyar Padashala was born to nurture, educate, and strengthen the foundation of every child’s knowledge journey.
Nachiyar Padashala, since its inception nearly 10 years ago, has believed in empowering children while reaching out to a larger community. Our Founder Ms. Saranya and her family are extremely accomplished individual members of society. They have a progressive view of life while being steeped in tradition and culture. Ms. Saranya and her family used these principles as the framework for every aspect of the school to provide a holistic education.
Building the child's academic, social, artistic and intellectual growth was important for Ms. Saranya. She felt that with the world changing at a rapid pace, the need to adopt a curriculum that would help the students embrace the challenges is necessary. With that in mind, she opted to follow the Gurukul system and nourish the child with every type of education necessary to sustain a purposeful life. At Nachiyar Padashala, the Gurukul system integrates a contemporary idea of education with traditional Indian values and liberal educational techniques. Our students not only learn to read and write but also actively take lessons on home science, sports, music, culture, and environmental studies.
We believe in the act of letting the children be children. We understand that every child is unique and will find his/her destiny. Thus, we strive to strengthen their foundation to pursue their dreams and stand strong in their lives.
